Sam Hurley

In her 20 years experience, having worked on four continents, managing three digital transformations and four acquisitions and mergers, Sam has seen marketing and customer experience’s importance in a business’ success become more prominent.

Whether that was embedding marketing tactics within an app (rather than the app be the product itself) with Lonely Planet, developing content as a tool to engage and educate with her clients Nike, UEFA, The FA, FIFA and Mastercard, or developing instant customer feedback and reporting dashboards with The Press Association. Sam has also developed ME Startup, an online Marketing Education Membership for startups and has also been a regular marketing lecturer at General Assembly.

Sam is passionate about using a human centred mindset to deliver value to customers to drive brand loyalty and engagement. Wanting to make enterprise level strategic thinking accessible to purpose driven business of all sizes, she co-founded Marketing Entourage, a human centred marketing and customer experience (CX) company in 2015, that helps businesses remain human whilst utilising technology to maximise the customers they impact.
